About me
It all started at 40, I was tired, frustrated, angry and sick of it all. I had the career, the big house, the perfect wife, beautiful children and an amazing network of friends and family.
Yet I still wasn't happy, in fact I was miserable.
I felt like a shadow of my former self, always trying to find ways to re-ignite my passions, falling into bad routines and old habits.
I felt beat down and unappreciated.
I couldn't imagine living like this for another 20 years.
